| I decided to show xanga some mercy and write a few things, Plans for next year, is probably the only thing thats really bothering me now. The choices are honours for a year, work partime somewhere, or look for a grad job. I really want something flexible before going hardcore in the workforce. I'm not really looking forward to the workforce, considering how much i've heard about the restrictions and limitation it has on time. I've also been learning the guitar, and suprising its alot easier than i thought. Still yet to learn alot of chords, its great, and really allows for explaining groove of songs, something that piano cant. But anyways, we'll be performing my song soon, and for the first time, i'll be playing and singing at the same time, and its alot harder than i thought....... Anyways, i've been following up on a dodgy pastor over in the states called Fred Phelps, who is the minister of Westboro Baptist Church. His church has about 100 members, 85 or so which are his family members. There know for their sign picketing antics for different events, protesting anti-gay slogans main using God as an excuse. eg. God hates Fags (gays). Their theology is all a load of bull really.....They think that judgement of men is determined by them (man). Jesus grace isn't for everyone, and play alot on certain biases of words from John 3:16. Ironically, this church came to my attention after looking at the Chaser's War video, when they did a very funny section on this church. **EDIT** I've been having the urge to drink more.....like I just feel like it.......could this be warning signs of something more? goin alcoholic? depression? =S | | |
| I haven't updated for a while, and the reason is always the same. I just can't be bother. I think other people are starting to feel the same about Xanga. Its a useless utility. I think the new age has come in friend ring links utility. It used to be all about Xanga, now its Facebook. It just suits the daily procrastinatory needs of society todays, thats why its so popular. I might get deleted for promoting Facebook and downing Xanga, but Oh wells. If the higher powers of this failed blogger reads this....my message is... "YOU LOSE!" LOL Anyways....so take home message to all Xanga users, if you not already using Facebook, use you should use it, cause you dont know what you missing! haha. cause otherwise you'll lose contact with me. I could sit here and blab all day long, but if people wanna know about me or my life.....you should all check my Facebook, cause im sure it has all the info about me, without the unneccesary boring chit chat.......=P Toodles | | |
| Does it sound like i've made some progress? har! not! Just had my first exams today.....FIRST ONE! Some of my friends have finished already! its gonna be long and painful week and half........sigh Hopefully thats the last time i have to deal with autoimmunity. Tho HIV is still an interest, im really looking at this semesters results to see whether i'll head into honours. Prof Kumar and his asthma has sounded my interests, even tho i just screwed up my essay on asthma this arvo...... I'm really dying here! I think Im overflowing with stress hormones! Being antisocial is taking its toll....i need to talk to ppl! >< ......i was made to be a social animal! | | |
| Lo' and behold!....I'm on xanga again procrastinating before a big spot test worth 25%. Sigh... -___- I just had/having like 2 of the most busiest weeks with more to go! Loads of assessments to hand in last week, and now these 2 test. I sometimes wonder if i've left myself behind....whether i've ever had time to reflect over things and past experiences. Im really looking forward to the session break...really looking forward to MYC, its gonna be so good and sad, my very last one. Science faculty once again in contention to get a good seminar room with 30 something people! Unlike last year with 18 ppl and landed in a broom's closet....I had a huge problem last year trying to understand why still many of the asian science people refused to join science. But with bit of pushing, i made some optom guys join us, our asian population has bloomed 3 fold!...lol even Doug our MTS worker was suprised to see ppl he didn't even know of... Anyways, first thing i need to do is get my car serviced, can u believe after 2 years i've finally reach 10,000 kms! anyways....second thing is to get a decent EF wide angle zoom lens. third is to find a casual job in a lab for next semester.... I had a wierd dream during my nap today......something i hope doesn't come true.......kinda more a nightmare......... | | |
| HAHA YAY! I finally finished my Cutting Edge pathology essay, 1500 words of it.....longs and sweet. not to mention quite painful too. Battle with 'procrastination' every nite just to get it done on time. Again, Happy b'day to soph...she prolly wont read this up anytimet soon. I've been hooked on Carrie Underwood lately. Funnily the non-hit songs are the songs i actually like. except for Jesus Take the Wheel and Inside Your Heaven. Underwood, just has a style of music, even tho its country and i've never been a fan of country, but her style of music is borderline rock pop. I really like that stuff! ......shes just super talents. Still waiting on the final music copy of All I Want to Say.......anyways its 3 am im buggered.....lukily no uni | | |
